“Class slide presentation is very easy to ready, easy to follow. The quizzes are many but brief and easy to retake. The editing of the text throughout is superb. The variety of classes is interesting.”

“The CE Shops make completing courses so easy. It’s great that you can complete everything you need in one spot. The site is easy to navigate and it’s nice they will submit your certificates directly to your licensing agency and it’s easily accessible to see what courses you’re enrolled in and have completed. “The challenge with the exams is not only remembering the course content, but the wording of some exam questions are weird, so you have to read them carefully. You can get a question wrong on a topic you are an expert in simply because you did not understand the wording of a question.”

Hello. Thank you for providing that feedback. Unfortunately, that style of question is often found in the state-run licensing exams. In our courses, we included questions and answers that are worded more complexly than they need to be to prepare our students for that style of question in their licensing exams. We highly recommend students carefully read each question and answer before selecting their final answer. We encourage people to focus on the key terms or concepts presented in the question so that there aren't any misunderstandings.
