“I have completed all of my Continuing education from the CE Shop for the past 4 years. It has made it extremely easy to log in and out on my own time and complete the programs. It is so user friendly as well. I will always continue using the CE shop in my career.”

“THE CE shop gave me all the tools to pass the state and nationals on the first attempt. Prep Edge kept me in the know concerning subject matter. especially since taking the actual test did not have a single question from the material. knowing the topics and understanding which math formulas applied to which questions was priceless.”

“The state of Illinois won't schedule me to take the test, they say to talk to the CE shop to schedule and the CE shop says to talk to the state of Illinois. So I did all of this for nothing.”

“The course is fine. But. I’ve had issues trying to take the course exam now for a month. They have been having some sort of issues and still hasn’t responded. I’m close to not being able to renew my license on time.”

“The coursework and practice exam format is excellent. The challenge arises when you are ready to take the final exam through PSI. Technical issues are prevalent and trying to get support is a complete joke. I've had to reschedule tests three times now as a result of a technical issue between CE and the proctor PSI. It's been a huge hassle and unfortunately, neither side has helped resolve the issue.”

Hello Kali. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with PSI. PSI is a third-party company and while we partner with them for proctoring in many states, we cannot speak to their technical difficulties. After going through the process of studying and preparing for an exam, the last thing you need to experience is technical difficulties, and we apologize that that happened. We believe that PSI's online proctoring services are far more convenient than requiring in-person proctoring and we feel they offer a typically high level of quality for a reasonable cost. Most of our students report a positive experience with PSI but we will share your feedback and work with them to identify opportunities to improve.

“I love CE Shop but sometimes the instructions on questions are not clear to pick more than 1 answer and I at times get stuck to move on. I will too there were more video tutorials. That's the only reasons it's not a complete 5! BUT it's usually super easy!”

“I don’t really recommend using CE, too wordy and not into the point and knowledge not really using in life as an example. Secondx, you only have two chances to pass the class, not make sense at all to pay the class again if fail two times, and learning the same exactly course . Other competitors can take as many time as you want.”

Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel that our course adequately prepared you. Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. It is our understanding that the state determines the number of times you can test so other companies should not be allowing more attempts. “course content had errors. proctoring process was terrible. biggest problem was that the proctor could not read my ID. I have a microsoft surface book which is only 2 years old with all software/operating system updates. Very frustrating. But also, there was a microsoft os app that your tech support had to disable on one occasion but not others. Getting the proctoring process ready to go and trying get id read by the proctor was multiple hours on the 2nd 2 test. first test all went smoothly. It was nerve wracking. Not what you want before taking a test.”
