I’ve been using The CE Shop for years. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the size and the boldness of the text in the units. Very difficult on the eyes after hours of reading. Please improve this! Thank you.

I must admit using the CE Shop gave me free time to complete the courses. A one-hour course does not take one hour; a two-hour course, does not take two hours, but even though it took longer to complete, I learned more and felt very confident when taking the tests. The information that we should know, is not always apparent, this is a very good learning tool and inspiration to take these courses in the future as a refresher. The downside of taking the courses is the many cases/examples to be read before completing the course. A few good case studies and a few good examples might go farther toward retention than many that become redundant.

The material was alright but the state and National testing for Minnesota weren’t necessarily reflective of the material provided. There was a clear lack of multimedia to assist in the audio, visual and kinesthetic learning styles covered. Ninety hours of training is a lot to simply read without variety. I attempted to get refunded $25 for a Course Exam that was cancelled by CEShop and rescheduled the same day. I emailed multiple times, was told it was escalated and never heard back. This was extremely frustrating after paying hundreds of dollars for training.

Hello Troy. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel that our course adequately prepared you. Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. If you felt like certain topics were not adequately covered we'd love to get that specific feedback so we can better address it. You can always reach out to us at Support@TheCEShop.com.

Needed some CE classes for license renewal, used the CE Shop and cannot say enough good things about my experience. Navigation through course (several) was so easy, content was great, reached out to tech to make sure I received my hours and they were absolutely the best!!! Very nice and courteous, assured me I had received all my credits and was sent to GREC the following day. Lots of classes to choose from, so much easier than Zoom.

After 35 years as a Realtor in MS & TN this was the first time that I picked up something new The Ibuyer /seller was good information.I will capture some of that market. Also MS law and the extensive look at the code was great. Looks like I have a new school for continuing education

While it is my opinion that the classes are well prepared and for the most part are informative and up-to-date I feel that some are contradictive of practice principles and are just as offensive as the obvious. To identify Source of Income as a factor in financial approval for mortgage or rental requirements as identified by federal regulations is recognized and understood without stigmatizing. Additionally stated someone should not be categorized with limitations as to potential buying power due to income as they may have won the lottery or inherited money, one of your questions in Real Estate Ethics and Professional Standards. It is most apparent that clients should not be stereotyped with respect to those issues yet, it is okay to stereotype someone as "affluent," because they happen to own "a vacation home." Is one not just as offensive as the other??? Maybe that person also won the lottery, or inherited money or just plain out worked hard and saved for such. Same ol same ol, double standard. Source of Income can not be identified as available for the poor, good fortunate can knock at anyone's door and hard work and sacrifice is to be assumed as "affluent". This is just as insulting and I doubt would be offensive to those you have labeled as. Should the person buying a $900,000 home as opposed to a $350,000 home be judged or labeled in any manner? Truth be told which sale would the agent rather make? I dare say the $900,000 sale, oh would that be considered a sale to the "affluent?" Maybe no label should be used. I found it offensive and in professional standards and conduct would never refer to any client as such.

I was very disappointed that my credits were not forwarded to the Georgia Real Estate Commission over the week-end when I finished the courses. I would not recommend CE Shop.
