“The material is all there. But it is in one primary format-reading. Learning takes place in several methodologies other than reading. (Auditory, visual, kinesthetic.) Integrating more videos would be helpful to keep peoples interest and focus. I did find the platform to be quite well organized and easy to keep track of progress status, as well as being able to bookmark key areas that will need review prior to taking the tests. I would recommend it for others looking to get into real estate.”

“Unfortunately finished my course for my Arizona real estate license and due to Covid I couldn’t get my exam taken and very disappointed I couldn’t get it extended. I feel as though I am a great client… Also send me any referrals referrals”

Hello Teresa. Thank you for providing that feedback. We do our best to be transparent about our policies around course expiration dates, extensions, and the associated fees. The success rate on the final course exam as well as the state licensing exam increase dramatically for students who complete their program within the first 6 months. Retention and application of knowledge becomes more challenging as the gap between course start and completion grows. We know that life happens and where allowed by regulations, monthly course extensions are made available at a very reasonable rate. We also offer a substantial discount in the case of a course expiring. I'm sorry we weren't able to give you further extensions on your course.

“I felt like the CE Shop did not prepare me adequately for the Washington State Real Estate exam. Even though I was getting a 90% or above on my practice state and national exams provided by the CE Shop, I did not pass the state portion the first time and had to retake it. When I used the Rockwell textbook, I felt more prepared to pass the exam and passed it the second time I took it after studying the textbook provided by Rockwell. I would recommend taking the course through Rockwell Institute in the future.”

Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. “Course work and management of site excellent. Certification was a nightmare. I would give 5 stars if not for horrible waits on hold and confusing directions in the certification process. Live chat was virtually not helpful. When I reached support they did a good job but it took me five hours to contact support. My last hold was 2.5 hours.”

“I’ve taken online courses before via The CE Shop. This time I needed to swap out a course that I no longer needed. I was told by the online customer service person that there is a “policy” and he couldn’t do it because the deadline was so close. I asked for a copy of the written “policy”, or to direct me where I could find the “policy”. I was told it was a “none customer facing policy”. I’ll leave this right here.”
