“Choosing courses was easy! I appreciate the ability to complete courses at my convenience. It makes so much simpler. Credits were reported within a fair time frame.”

“It appears I mistakenly signed up for a 3-hour post-licensing class rather than for CE credit. Not only do I now have to spend another 3 hours taking the class again but The CE Shop is actually making me pay a second time. Tell your poor customer service representatives not to go into sales because with that attitude they will never get any clients. It's not about the money, it's about the relationship!”

“it was a lot of reading. i think i prefer the video's and some reading. maybe best to tell people what exact type of CE they are buying before they do it. it was good content and easy to perform the CE”

“The material was pertinent.The presentation was far better than the system I had used previously. It wasn't the "old" college approach of, here's the material, now here's the test. Instead it was designed to Learn something. I taught high school science 17 years, and real estate state courses here for 15 years, so am a little critical of some courses. I especially liked the "auction" course as I have been an auctioneer since 1972. Thanks and you may use this testimony as needed.”

“I don’t like how exams are set up with PSI... psi is not equipped to deal with updates and MacBooks or chrome books. The CE shop was pretty good and the course went smoothly for me until it came time for testing. For that reason I read three stars because you should be affiliated with a testing center that is up-to-date with software on different devices especially when everything is remote at this point. It took me over a month to get refunds for exams that were scheduled that I wasn’t able to do because of PSI nonsense”

Hello Suzanne. Thank you for providing that feedback. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with PSI. PSI is a third-party company and while we partner with them for proctoring in many states, we cannot speak to their technical difficulties. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to use a MacBook. From what I can tell those should be sufficient. I do know they do not allow Chromebooks, though. After going through the process of studying and preparing for an exam, the last thing you need to experience is technical difficulties, and we apologize that that happened. We believe that PSI's online proctoring services are far more convenient than requiring in-person proctoring and we feel they offer a typically high level of quality for a reasonable cost. Most of our students report a positive experience with PSI but that we will share your feedback and work with them to identify opportunities to improve.
