Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. “Iit’s clear, understandable, with the examples, language, tests and exam before the final exam. Explaining why you got the wrong answer.Also if any question call in and talk to a real and kind person. It’s a great experience. Thank you.”

“This course covered the material in great detail and was extremely helpful. The lessons were way to follow and I could navigate through the program with ease. The information and tests was very helpful as I passed my test on the first try! Highly recommend!!”

“I liked taking the class. The material and videos were great. I understand there are time deadlines that must be met to complete the course, but what I did not like is there is no reminder schedule. Or if there is, it didn't work for me. I have taken the class twice and missed a deadline twice which resulted in having to take the class again, and of course, pay again. I think there needs to be a better scheduling tracking mechanism in place. If I decide to complete it, it will be my third time and third time paying for the same information...”

There are several tech issues here and there and thankfully did not impact my due dates. I would like more videos or real-life scenarios to break up the reading.”

“The mortgage course was very well layed out and easy to understand. There were a few errors that I noticed. Most were grammatical errors and spelling errors. The practice exams are very helpful. Great way to continue studying while waiting to take the State exam. The instructor was helpful and responsive. However, they are not available on weekends.”

“The CE shop would get a perfect score if not for the fact that for whatever reason not explained ... your final exam does not allow for text to speech feature like all the rest of the exam. As a low vision person, it becomes quite tedious to read and get thru the exam.”
