“The CE Shop makes completing one's CE Credits convenient and at a fair price. No working around a schedule where you have to fit into the formal classroom time slots. You work at your own pace, at any hour of the day or night, and the CE Shop makes it easy on the backend too, with prompt reporting of the courses completed. I highly recommend them.”

“I have a situation where the certificates printed out with the wrong CE cycle date and I have been waiting 2 weeks to have them reprinted with the correct cycle date. I have gotten emails from the CE shop support, but they cannot update me on this problem.”

“I liked the convenience of the access to the modules but I didn't appreciate the 40% discount that was offered after I had already signed up. It appears as though there is no advantage to enrolling early. Next time I'll wait until closer to the deadline.”

Hello William. I am sorry that you just missed our flash sale. We try to offer flash sales regularly to give our students an opportunity to save on their education. We do not build these sale campaigns out based on enrollment timing.

“Their policy to expire your course after 6 months to 1 yr on a service level, is pathetic. It's an online course and no one understands why it can't be extended let alone with covid and people are constantly having to change living conditions as schools shut down with every class exposure. There are also no tangible materials to study from which makes the course more difficult to navigate. It's my fault for not researching this better. A local company with better Q&A contact, materials, and who have a more vested interest in a student's success would have been a much better option.”

Hello Steve. Thank you for providing that feedback. We do our best to be transparent about our policies around course expiration dates, extensions, and the associated fees. The success rate on the final course exam as well as the state licensing exam increase dramatically for students who complete their program within the first 6 months. Retention and application of knowledge becomes more challenging as the gap between course start and completion grows. We know that life happens and where allowed by regulations, monthly course extensions are made available at a very reasonable rate. We also offer a substantial discount in the case of a course expiring.
