“Kyle came to do a chimney sweep. After doing the chimney sweep, they offered to clean the dryer vent, and discovered that it was not connected properly. Kyle spent a good chunk of time fixing the dryer and connecting it properly. It was not an easy job but Kyle did it really well.
We needed to replace our chase cover and two panels in our fireplace. Steven came to do that work, and like Kyle, was very professional. Both Steven and Kyle walked me through the process of what they were doing and kept me updated on the work that was being done. Kyle was my main contact throughout the process and kept me informed of the timing of the materials that were coming in.
