I called the company that did my roof about 20 years ago, and they determined it was an issue with the chimney. St. John was recommended to me by a friend and neighbor who just used them. I called them and a crew came out and made a very detailed inspection, and immediately found the problem. They presented me a proposal for making repairs and included pictures showing details of the problem. Pricing was fair.
