“As I noticed here on the website, many people complained about the quality of the paintings, the finish of the frame and glass, which is not glass, it is plastic. I am extremely disappointed with the company Crib of Art. I received my painting with a broken frame, and out of the correct position, in addition to the finish being made of plastic and not glass. I have already sent 4 emails for return and refund and so far, I have not received a response. I even received an e-mail from them asking me for product feedback and I reported my dissatisfaction but no contact. Unfortunately, the company is not concerned with customer satisfaction and, like me, many people suffered losses. I hope that our sincerity here will protect more people from this terrible company that deceives customers and does not respect anyone. I thank the website for the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction!”

So finally they gave me a disc and I purchased it. They sent it saying they had a delay so instead Aus Post they were forwarding via couriers please. That was 6 weeks ago.. Couriers Please r shocking… lost parcel then I am having huge problems trying to get Re delivery. Tried getting support from Crib Of Art… they do not want to get back to me nor know about it. All I get is they send the tracking no. Never again dealing with them !!!!! Still do not have my delivery and trying to deal with courier virtual asst is shocking !!!”
“If I could give a lower rating I would. When the poster I ordered was delivered with a full inch missing off the design which contained text that was missing making the poster unusable. Their solution was to send a replacement which was an exact duplicate! I asked for a refund and was told they would give me 30%. Ridiculous!!
