“I love the product, not so much the pump bottle that it comes in. Every time you pump out the washing liquid the plastic comes out of place and I need to push it back in place, which I find annoying.”

I used to think that was good in other brands, but when loads were left in the machine they would not smell good. Using Dirt, if a load is left in the machine there is no smell. Hey Kerry, so glad to hear you've been loving the detergent! We do usually recommend 4 pumps for the best results - it could be worth trying a bulk refill to fill up your bottle? They're 3L so contain about 170 loads worth of detergent (on average 10-12 months of washing). Just let us know if you have any questions at all š

“I was honestly sceptical about this but after seeing the reviews I thought Iād give it a go, and Iām glad I did. Iām loving all the products, and the glass bottles and powder booster jar look so aesthetic on my laundry shelf! I love that they have a refill and return program and their shipping was super quick.
I have an auto-dispense front- loader washing machine so i just fill it with the laundry detergent or advanced wash and set the dispenser to 18ml per wash.
