My only complaint would be that you only get sent an envelope to send empty packets back after 3 orders. I purchased a starter pack which has 3 sachets of product. Then I reordered 3 packs of wash. I ended up buying the reply paid envelopes to send my empties back. The envelope should be sent when you purchase 3 or more sachets.”

“Absolutely love the advanced wash! My clothes always come out completely clean (I work in a bakery, so they get pretty dirty). Also love the subtle scent that the liquid has, I don't even add fabric softener to boost the scent anymore. Also the returnable/reusable pouches is a great way to reduce waste.”
