“Courtney T was very professional diagnosing our A/C unit's failure to start up. It appeared to be as simple as a loose wire, which he immediately remedied, but when measuring the differential pressure to charge up the system with coolant, discovered that it was more serious than that when it would not pressure up. Courtney was thorough in checking out the remainder of time left on the warranty, but discovered it was no longer in effect on the 9 year old unit.
The repair cost estimate wound up being being 50% that of a new heat pump/AC unit so we opted for the replacement. Courtney was totally familiar with the HVAC equipment and offered 3 options to fit our financial circumstances. He then promptly arranged for next day installation.”

He gave us great advise on how to maintain the systems in between services and was not at all pushing in his recommendations. “Logan goes beyond the call of duty on every visit. He is professional, knows his stuff very well, cares about the customer and he’s a nice guy. I have a two year old system and my system is checked in the spring and fall. Logan spends the extra time to check EVERY part of the system inside and out. He’s not in a hurry and can answer any and every question I have. He asks if I have any questions or any concerns with the system.

Everybody knows what they are doing and are very honest about telling you what you have to work with and what you could have to make your system work better. I ended up going with a new ductless mini split system and Dane was a great guide in making that happen. No pressure sales. Victor Perez and his team were so careful and skilled at installation and fitting the line channel pieces on the outside and always cleaning up behind themselves. There was never a mess like you would expect on a big job like this one. Manuel Donato did a great job with the electrical work. Initial startup occurred with no problems. I've been in my house for 11 years and it has never felt this coo in August. I am committed to the Daikin ductless system for life. So worth it. You get what you pay for. I will definitely call the next time I need installation.”
