So glad to know that you're happy with the services we've provided thus far. We are constantly working on improving our services and this also includes giving the buyer more information on taxes. At the moment, it is a complicated process, especially for a small company like ours to include import taxes for international shoppers. This is because, the taxes are charged and paid to the customs of the recipient country, and not us. However, we are working on this! Hopefully, we get to include this feature as well in the near future. In the meantime, thank you for shopping with THE FIFTH COLLECTION. Looking forward to having you back on the site!

“I would have preferred more clear and detailed photos of the defects for the “vintage” and “good” condition items but apart from that I loved my first experience with you guys. Loyalty benefits or bulk buy could also be another area to develop.”

“I was a little nervous at first bc the price was so good!!! But my LV came as beautiful as pictured.... actually it was more beautiful !!! And it’ was wrapped perfectly and could tell great care was taken in the process from the fifth collection to my front door!! Shipping was fast AND came sooner then expected!!
