My purchases have always arrived promptly and in the condition you would expect for brand new items. They ship very quickly and arrive within 48-72 hours. I'll always recommend thegamecollection to my friends and colleagues if they are looking to buy a new game or even an older title if they're looking for a great deal. I recently ordered the only game I was currently missing in my Legend of Heroes series: Trails of Cold Steel IV This game isn't easy to get a hold of and is usually around £49.
