“The order came with very quick and fast tracking and also got delivered quickly which is great however upon receiving my game I realised it was dented in the back of the case and at this point I had already taken the plastic seal off so I can’t even ask for an exchange. It’s not a huge deal but as a collector I don’t like dents on my game cases and it kind of put me off ordering again any time soon, which is a shame because I really like ordering from here.”

“I can't speak more highly of The Game Collection. Customer service is excellent. Games arrive on time as advertised. Prices at least are competitive l, at best the lowest I can find anywhere. Credit where credit is due.”

“I switched from another company and The Game Collection is now my go to place for new games. Plenty of lower priced games and good prices on new releases. Games arrive quickly with no postage to pay. The points system is good and I like how you can use then right away .”

“I ordered a Switch on the 1st January. Its due to be delivered today. That's almost 2 weeks. I've already complained, they said they had over sold. Which to me isn't an excuse. I've done two stars as they did get back to me , which I appreciate. But still low stars as I'm currently awaiting delivery , so don't actually have it in my possession.”
