Dear Ryan I am very sorry for the error with your order. I see that 2 replacement orders were sent to you, from the tracking both replacements were shown as delivered. “The gift was absolutely fine and was delivered safely. Unfortunately the warehouse had said they were out of stock so we ordered elsewhere. We then got a note to say it had been despatched - this was annoying and when we called they said it was too late and although the customer services person apologised it was too late. It was not clear how to send it back so we ended up with two toys and donated one to Charity.”

“I love to buy traditional toys for the smaller members of my family. This rainbow spinning top with humming sound is just beautiful and I know there will be lots of fun to be had with this traditional toy. Perfect for indoor and outdoor fun. Just love it and I would highly recommend this for any child. It's very well made, quick delivery and very happy with my purchase.”

“Great product! I ordered the shiatsu massager as a Christmas present but opened it up to see if it was good, and I can confirm it is great! A bit awkward to hold on the legs but for the neck and back it works wonders!”
