“There was no contact information and the only contact method is through their website. After my order not arriving I contacted them through this and did not receive a response. My item has still not arrived and I have no way of following up what has happened. It seems like this company is a scam company.”

Dear Will I am very sorry to hear you did not receive your order. I have checked the tracking of your parcel and it does appear that it was lost in transit. I have issued a full refund for you. I am also very sorry you did not receive a reply from us. Unfortunately there was an error with our messaging system which has now been resolved. “It's a pack of razor blades. Can't seem to buy these on the high street anymore, with the need to stop using plastic, why are disposable razors being made with more and more finesse, only to throw in the bin after one or two uses, when using a safety razor, not only protects the planet, saves cost and each blade lasts longer. All I can think if is men don't know how to shave anymore!!!!, Go Green, get a blade!”

Please note that your order may have been delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place on your property if you have not received it directly. As such I would advise that you check with your neighbours and any possible safe places.
