“Fast delivery :) in plenty of time for Christmas”

“Still haven’t received my order from 1st December. I have rang them 4 times each time they have fobbed me off saying it’s been dispatched. Full of lies and the last woman I spoke to on the phone was very very rude. Spoke over me and had a bad attitude.I have only received one item out of 7!!!!”

I have checked our emails and sadly could not find any from you. I have refunded you for the gift wrap charge and hope this did not spoil the gift. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. We do have to reply on 3rd parties to deliver our orders and unfortunately on occasion an item may get lost in transit. I see that you were refunded in full 3 weeks after your order was placed. I also see that you were refunded the day that you contacted us and replied to our reply? I am sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.
