“As a plus size girl, you are always a little nervous when ordering clothes made for sexy time. They are always way smaller than they should be. But not this order. Only one item was a little on the small side and that was the crotchless/backless strap-on harness, but its still pretty close! I’m very satisfied and my boyfriend thinks I look amazing in these items. I will definitely be ordering more items from Haus of Shag.”

Hi there, We're sorry you had a bad experience, and I've asked the support team to check on Monday to make sure a replacement was sent to you. With the increase we've seen in porch piracy, and carriers screwing up and delivering to the wrong address (or just plain lying) we recently added in the option to purchase AfterShip Purchase Protection as this covers lost/stolen/damaged orders for a very small price, and is self-service, which the carrier insurance just doesn't cover. I know that paying more isn't always ideal, but in this case it's the only way we've found we can offer coverage for any potential issues once the product leaves our warehouse. Brendan

Hi Edward, We're sorry you had a bad experience - We package everything discreetly when it leaves the warehouse, but obviously there's not much we can do once it's handed off the carrier (in this case it looks like the final delivery was done through USPS). I just had a look and don't see that you reached out to support, so please do if you ever have any issues and we can work with you to make it right. Brendan
