would put a negative if I could. Ordered in April, tomorrow is July. Never receive the goods, and they keep asking me to send them back the goods than I never received in the first place to proceed to the refund. Thief, and scammer using the royal foamily as well, shameless to say the least

What an absolute joke of a company What an absolute joke of a company! I placed an order of ‘in stock’ items on the 6th June, one birthday gift and one Father’s Day gift and two other items. After a week I received nothing so emailed them, got a reply days later saying an item was out of stock, even tho according to their website all the items were in stock. They advised on the 20th June they will be sending out my part order. Still received nothing, emailed again to receive a replying stating my items are out of stock and they will be send them when they are in stock again. Safe to say the birthday and Father’s Day are long gone and they still haven’t received their gifts! This is my first order with them and absolutely won’t be ordering again! This company is an absolute joke!

It’s your own faults for trusting this. You will never be able to buy silver 56% off or whatever it is, wake up! Only buy from reputable dealers… guarantee if anyone even received their coins they are fake… 100% would bet the house on that.

I paid for my preordained coin set at the beginning of January. On the basis coin set would reach me by the end of march. Just over £200 and 4 months later and nothing.left numerous emails and no reply.paypal have said l have to wait till early July until l can try to claim my money back.the 2023 premium proof set is freely available on ebay.dont know what's going on but I'll not be using these again.no use phoning them as the lines are permanently closed

I’ve had a great experience so far. All my coins for the collection are in order, customer service has responded to my issues concerning updating my payment. I’ve put an order in for some coins. They say that they have shipped and I have tracking info already. There’s a lot of negative on here so trying to spread the good side.

Coronation of King Charles III Commemoratives for my grandchildren. Ive not had any further information about the order ive sent messages to customer service but had absolutely no response whatsoever. I fear ive wasted a lot of money and the items will not be delivered 😕 If koin club read these reviews my order number is Order number: 268266. Waiting for a response 12April2023 Update 20th April. Ive now lost patience with this firm customer service is terrible. No reply to any of my many many messages the order is still not dispatched i had an email saying stock arrived on 10th April so it should have arrived long since. Now its too late so i have asked on various emails for a refund. Still zero response from you.. so ive opened a resolution case with PayPal to recover my costs. I would not recommend nor deal with this firm ever again.

If I could give one star I would. Missing a coin for my collection after weeks of backwards and forwards they finally agreed to send me the missing coin. They sent the wrong ones they also sent me a new collection that I didn’t order. Now two months after raising the missing coins and emailing every single day. Messaging through Facebook they totally ignoring me do I have an incomplete set I’ve paid for and two new coins I don’t want

I placed an order and subsequently emailed them (as there was no phone number listed for them). It is now 12 days later and I have still not had a response from them! I have followed up with subsequent emails AND sent them messages on Facebook. In the time between originally emailing them and following up with subsequent emails, I have received my order but it is damaged. I've raised this with them but am yet to receive a response. A completely ignorant company! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Orderd 3 disney bills. Price 25 eu.ok.shipping 9 eu. Expensive butt ok. Importtax 28 eu because site is not registerd in the EU. NOT OK. Final price 62eu for priced 25

They keep sending duplicates for the collection I ordered. Contacted them multiple times on this. Told to send them back, however, their label site doesn't recognize U.S. addresses. They also said each coin would be $9.99 plush shipping, when in fact each coin is $40 plus shipping. They are a nightmare to deal with. I don't think I will ever get the collection completed.

I've ordered a number of coins as part of series. They've delivered some but not all and have sent duplicate coins on no fewer than 3 out of 14 orders. Customer service is not very responsive and yields nonsense answers. No value to contacting them at all. Their online account information is also unreliable. At this point, I'm not sure that I'll ever complete my collections since my subscription for one has just disappeared from my account. Not really worth the trouble. Stay away.

I made an order by number: 14802 in 19 Dec 2022, I did not receive it till now, send them many emails & they keep saying that we shipped it. I asked for a tracking number but they did not provide me a valid one, I asked for a refund or to resend it again but that never happened. It is a really Horrible experience, they are a scam now so do not buy from them

After sending endless texts to say I hadn’t received goods and eventually asking for a refund I ended up reporting the problem with the bank. After being a long-term customer I will not be recommending this company in future

Ordered from them weeks ago and still haven't received anything from them. Customer service is unresponsive and I am unable to track the shipment with the information they provide. Can't access an account either. Watch out for them.

😡😡😡😡😡 ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a few items from here on the 24th of Nov, now it is the 24th of Dec. I bought the "Celebrating the Life of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II". I have not recieved most of my items. Additionally, it said that I had paid for a monthly subscribtion when I hadn't. They took the money from me. I did not look at reviews before purchasing my items. Now I deeply regret it. It is a complete scam and a waste of my time and money. They should be ashamed of themselves for blindsiding their customers. Their items are about rememberence and commemoration but they do this to their customers. What a disgusting thing to do. When I sent an email to them, they did not reply at all.

One star is too many for these. I ordered a few coins as Christmas gifts at the beginning of December. I was promised (guaranteed) delivery within 5-7 days. I waited 2 weeks before I got in contact with them. They didn't reach out to me to advise me of late shipping or anything. Had a conversation via email with someone who failed to inform me of when delivery would be. Eventually she admitted she can't guarantee delivery before Christmas anymore... I then get notified that today...after 3wks of waiting.. they have shipped my order. I then get an email telling me that one of the items I ordered is no longer in stock.. I paid for it 3 weeks ago with no information of it being out of stock.. I am then told i will receive a refund within 7 days.. leaving me no time to get a replacement. I will never use this company again. Terrible experience

Well I have to keep contacting you about my order then about 2 weeks ago you told me it was out for delivery I'm not happy with your service feel like I'm being constantly lied to I would like my money refunded

The worst company you order the coins take the money and they never send. You cannot email or call them. Everything is false. Do not order anything. I ordered coins is September and I still did not get it.
