“This company has ads on facebook offering Gold bars at 50% off.Gives impression your investing in pure gold.No one sells Spot Gold at 50% off. What they are offering has to be metal plated bars that have NO resale value. We call this a SCAM”

“Tricky company, deduct money from my account pretty much when they want. Finished a subscription for my Grandson and automatically set me up to another without my knowledge and then started deducting funds from my account quickly”

“So they increased my subscription price without notice. They were very apologetic and said they had reverted all my remaining orders back to the original price. Then the next order they put the price back up again. I've been talking to them via email for over a week and they have admitted wrong doing but are yet to offer me any sort of resolution. All I've asked for is they stick to their initial word of fixing the pricing back and give me a refund of what I was overcharged but here we are, over a week later, still no closer to a resolution. Can not recommend them at all.”

“Buyers beware !! This company are absolutely appalling. I wouldn't even give them one star. Customer service and ordering process can only be described has atrocious and not fit for purpose. I've reported them to Trading Standards and my credit card company, and in the process of taking legal action for taking unauthorised payments without my consent or knowledge for items I haven't ordered or the slightest interest in. All the other poor reviews are a true reflection on this totally dysfunctional outfit.”

“I and my parents invested on Crypto.com, we never knew it was all scam, trying to get funds out of you and when we tried to withdraw our Crypto currency... it keeps logging me out of the app, the next thing was failed to log in... dont know how my account got disabled with $50,000 Crypto.. W.T.F is that? than God Evidentltd.com stood for me and and get me out of the mess i put myself and my parents”

“I placed an order 10pm Sunday night and at 8am Monday morning my banks fraud dept called asking if I made the transaction. I had it canceled and my card stopped and replaced.”

“I was also a victim to Koin Club scam, losing about 3.2 BTC. I tried to get them to refund my money, but they never responded. Then I realized I had been scammed and quickly filed a fraud report against them with a financial fraud investigation agency. They were the ones who helped get back my money without any upfront charges. If you would like to know more, contact me by email: rudolfmm (at) tutamail. com. I will be glad to share this information because I know the police and securities commissions would help nobody, act now and seek refund.”

“No problems with delivery. I was disappointed I hadn't checked if the coins were legitimate and legal tender in UK. It took a lot of digging to find out how to cancel a subscription I apparently had joined. They hide their direct debit?? I don't remember setting one up!! It was nameless. My advice, avoid this company”

“Just like your parents told you if it looks to good to be true it isn't. There are multiple companies like this selling fake replica silver and gold and why would you ever order from a company with no phone number only email. If you want the real product you have to pay the real price that's what it all comes down to if you fell for it you fell for it thats on you can clearly tell this is a scam just by the stolen pictures look up real reputable companies that deliver what they say!”

“would put a negative if I could. Ordered in April, tomorrow is July. Never receive the goods, and they keep asking me to send them back the goods than I never received in the first place to proceed to the refund. Thief, and scammer using the royal foamily as well, shameless to say the least”

“What an absolute joke of a company What an absolute joke of a company! I placed an order of ‘in stock’ items on the 6th June, one birthday gift and one Father’s Day gift and two other items. After a week I received nothing so emailed them, got a reply days later saying an item was out of stock, even tho according to their website all the items were in stock. They advised on the 20th June they will be sending out my part order. Still received nothing, emailed again to receive a replying stating my items are out of stock and they will be send them when they are in stock again. Safe to say the birthday and Father’s Day are long gone and they still haven’t received their gifts! This is my first order with them and absolutely won’t be ordering again! This company is an absolute joke!”

“It’s your own faults for trusting this. You will never be able to buy silver 56% off or whatever it is, wake up! Only buy from reputable dealers… guarantee if anyone even received their coins they are fake… 100% would bet the house on that.”

“I paid for my preordained coin set at the beginning of January. On the basis coin set would reach me by the end of march. Just over £200 and 4 months later and nothing.left numerous emails and no reply.paypal have said l have to wait till early July until l can try to claim my money back.the 2023 premium proof set is freely available on ebay.dont know what's going on but I'll not be using these again.no use phoning them as the lines are permanently closed”

They say that they have shipped and I have tracking info already. There’s a lot of negative on here so trying to spread the good side.”

“Coronation of King Charles III Commemoratives for my grandchildren. Ive not had any further information about the order ive sent messages to customer service but had absolutely no response whatsoever. I fear ive wasted a lot of money and the items will not be delivered 😕 If koin club read these reviews my order number is Order number: 268266. Waiting for a response 12April2023 Update 20th April. Ive now lost patience with this firm customer service is terrible. No reply to any of my many many messages the order is still not dispatched i had an email saying stock arrived on 10th April so it should have arrived long since. Now its too late so i have asked on various emails for a refund. Still zero response from you.. so ive opened a resolution case with PayPal to recover my costs. I would not recommend nor deal with this firm ever again.”

“If I could give one star I would. Missing a coin for my collection after weeks of backwards and forwards they finally agreed to send me the missing coin. They sent the wrong ones they also sent me a new collection that I didn’t order. Now two months after raising the missing coins and emailing every single day. Messaging through Facebook they totally ignoring me do I have an incomplete set I’ve paid for and two new coins I don’t want”

“I placed an order and subsequently emailed them (as there was no phone number listed for them). It is now 12 days later and I have still not had a response from them! I have followed up with subsequent emails AND sent them messages on Facebook. In the time between originally emailing them and following up with subsequent emails, I have received my order but it is damaged. I've raised this with them but am yet to receive a response. A completely ignorant company! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!”
