this company are the hardest to get hold of when things go wrong, they send duplicate orders out and charge you for them even when they have sent the full collection out already, trying to get a refund is ridiculous.

I ordered what I thought was a full set of coins for £14. One coin turned up. Today they have taken £40 from my account and had me subscribed to get a coin each month. A 50 p coin that says 50 cents. Been trying to get the order cancelled and a refund all day.

I ordered a gold eagle, and 24 silver bars...I received the gold eagle and thst is all, they sent me to automated response when I asked for either a refund or my coins that I ordered, or talk to a person and they send me back to an automated response machine that doesn't recognize my order number. NOT HAPPY!!

I have been waiting over a month for a refund!! The Peter Rabbit coin was very disappointing as was the so called collectors book to store them in. Numerous emails sent with no replies. Please people, don't bother with this company!!

customer service? what coustomer service Created a dirct debit without my consent When i complained i was told to wait until the item was delivered then ask for a refund, but guess what - it wont accept my address! I have cancelled my subscription on their webpage, but i guess we wait and see now if more money gets scammed form my account.
