“Avoid this company, money taken from my account for offer coins, no email confirmation receipt and no coins delivered. Still waiting for Koin Club to respond!”

“Ordered a Stormtrooper coin. Got Storm from Xmen. Complained, told to return it via the fee post link. Sent via recorded delivery at own expense. They disputed receiving it in their warehouse despite me having the proof. Spoke to a staff member, advised correct coin would be sent. That came, was spelt "Stormtroopep" not stormtrooper.... Complained again, advised 3rd coin would be sent free of charge. That came.... Was Storm from the Xmen... Complained a 3rd time, told a full refund would be issued in 5 working days. Been 2 weeks now and nothing. I wouldn't use this company again even if I were paid to do so.”

“I ordered about a month ago for my mother in law and still haven't received my coin. suddenly the design is "on back order" with no context to what that actually means. i only paid £4 so luckily i wasnt scammed out of alot of money, but seriously stay away”

“Absolutely shocking, ordered on the 19/10/2020 still nothing has come and were in December. If you want ripping off then go right ahead otherwise stick to royal mint I wish I would have”

“BEWARE! As soon as the have your payment details they will take money as they like. They will then claim you subscribed. If they send you a coin, you can return it but they won' refund the postage even if it's their fault. If they were the last coin supplier on earth I would rather stop collecting than buy from them again.”

“Horrible company should be shut down ordered coins three months ago..got all sort of excuses asked them to cancel coins as no longer wanted plus the financial circumstances, horrendous lying customer service told me I would be refunded then sent the cound out and charged me..please STAY AWAY TOTAL RIP OFF ..DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY ON THESE WORTHLESS COINS !!!”

“I ordered two months ago and despite numerous emails to them and replays from them saying my order is on its way, I still haven't received it. They also let me pay extra for fast delivery. Why not be honest with customers instead of conning them.”

“AVOID THOS COMPANY ARE HORRENDOUS AFTER SENDING NUMEROUS E MAILS TO CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED TWO MONTHS AGO THEY STILL CHARGED ME..ITS BEYOND STRESSFUL STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OVERPRICED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING !!!!”

“I can't understand the negative reviews. I have used the Koin club a lot. They are efficient, helpful and friendly if you need to talk to them, easy to get through on phone. The collections are really lovely quality. I recommend them and will continue to collect. Amy”

“Tried to order 2 items from my 'basket'......attempted to pay, has took money from my Card but items still in 'basket' and 'order history' is clear. Annoyed to say the least.”

“Ordered my first set of coins by instalments. Was told only 4.999 made. Pack says 9.999. Also I thought they were actual coins but they are not. Got 2 so far so don't want to cancel but am disapppointed. Have also read the koinclub is up for sale so worried I may not get the set I've started.”

“So i had a issues with this company and in there defense there customer service is great i had put a order in for a grandad keepsake and i had duplicate payment and had no email confirming my order but once i had contacted them they told me there having problems with the system and max who was a great help told me my order had been packaged and sent and i would receive my refund for my duplicate payment within 5 working days. So i noticed they have a few negative reviews with the same issues but i would recomend them 100% there website has a amazing selection great prices they ship worldwide i live in spain so this was great there customer service is fab too so for anyone in doubt i would give them a go.”

“Whole range of issues whilst ordering. Taking double payments then claiming that they can do nothing to refund me until I provide them with details that even my bank couldn't tell me. Complained via Facebook messenger and was told I would be updated. I was left to constantly chase them. Now to find out that I have been blocked from contacting them. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. 1* is being incredibly generous for the awful service I received.”
