“Lovely clock. Exactly as expected. However the first one arrived damaged (despite being really well packaged). I took a photo of the damage and another one was sent immediately so I can’t fault their customer service.”

“I purchased the Schnauzer clock for my wife’s anniversary present and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the tail on the schnauzer didn’t wag but I reported it back to the company who sent me a new one which worked perfectly. Excellent customer service.”
