The customer service is good, but for me the goggles are very leaky. The first pair they sent leaked like a sieve. They had me re-do the scan and they sent a second pair. This took about three weeks. The second pair also leak, so I have requested a refund. Apparently this is something that works well for some people, but not for me.

Goggles don’t need to be fitted tight to the face but seal so well and comfortable to the face. Lenses look great from both sides! Great customer service also with the goggles being turned around in a week as they were needed for an Ironman!

This is the second pair as the first weren't quite right - the customer service was excellent. These new goggles don't leave terrible marks although they do mist up slightly - perhaps I havent adjusted them properly.
