“The goggles are great but there was a defect on the nose piece and it was frustrating trying to get ahold of someone to get them replaced. That process should be much less frustrating”

“Good goggle and mostly nice fit but breaks quite quickly, bought 6 pairs in total, and within 6 months I had to throw away two pairs. One fogged so badly I couldn’t use anymore and one snapped. When I reached out to customer service the firstly ignored me and later told me of over tightening them and too much sun exposure, despite being used only indoor. So if they can somehow improve quality it’s a good goggle despite of my not so pleasant experience.”

“The fit and performance of my goggles are perfect! Visibility in the water is better than any other goggles I have ever worn. The reason for 3 stars? When I tried to change my scan, I made multiple attempts to reach Customer Service by live chat, phone and email. It took one week to get a reply! Great product, poor customer service.”

“There was an issue and subsequent delay in delivery of my order. They also neglected to send the swim cap that was supposed to be part of the package. Goggles are great and although the customer service was good, a mistake was made which is disappointing but it happens.”

“As you instructed, the lens will fog even if I wash it in fresh water. Anti-fog effect is not excellent”

“I ordered my goggles June 12th. When I did not receive them, I wrote to the company and they said they were in the wrong place to go out for delivery. I received them at the end of July. Missed a few swims over the summer with them. That being said, once I used them, I thought they were great.”

“Your survey is odd, only one page repeated 8 times and then this? I like my goggles but they do fog up, after just 26 laps. So I don't love them yet....”
