“As an Estate Agent and Property Landlord for over 35 years and having owned over 500 properties, I am well placed to judge the service and achievements of a mortgage broker. I have found Kiran Singh and Andy Holding to be exemplary in their conduct. It was not a straight forward case and would not have got over the line without their perseverance and guile. “My personal situation meant I needed to look at niche mortgage products. I was well out of my depth and a friend recommended The Mortgage Hut. I called up and was put in touch with Jacky Lambert who specialises in some of the niche products I required. From the get go Jacky was open and transparent explaining what was available and the processes involved. All costs were explained,which were more than acceptable. The fee was miniscule compared to the disappointment I would have experienced had I not found the right product. I now have my dream home with my wife, and feel reassured that Jacky will be in touch to assist us to navigate the minefield of remortgages.”

“We were taken care of right from the initial conversation with Elliott and all the way to Andy helping to push our mortgage application through. Ash and Ben have also been great with helping us get the best deals when it comes to insurance cover. I would highly recommend The Mortgage Hut - down to earth guys without the complicated jargon making our journey that big easier.”

“The key for me was the honesty and care with which I was dealt with by Kelly. Whilst the outcome at this stage wasn't what I might have wanted, her advice has given me a clear plan to what I need to do, to then come back and move forward with a mortgage application. “Daniel and team are extra helpful to get us through the process and we finally got the keys to our new home last week. “Giacomo was great as our broker finding us a mortgage and putting up with us changing our minds on what we wanted several times. Andy was our admin support and was excellent at keeping us up-to-date with everything that was going on. What I liked was that they don't seem to work 9 - 5, which was great for me, because I wasn't able to take calls or answer email at this time. This made me feel that my queries were responded to very quickly. I also spoke to Ash who does a protection review and was also great to deal with. All in all a brilliant team that I definitely recommend.”
