“Really happy with the service I received from David To and Nichola Sherar. I have struggled to find a mortgage with credit issues and I was offered the best rate David could find me which beat other brokers I had approached. This has now enabled me to get an offer accepted on my first home and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Katie”

“Fabulous company who I cannot recommend enough! Both Bob White and Andy Holding simply couldn’t have done any more to help. I was always kept in the loop regarding my Mortgage Application and promptly updated throughout the process. “First time using this company and I would again. Elliott was very knowledgeable in helping me find a mortgage and navigate all the info needed for the shared ownership process. He kept in regular contact and explained it all in plain English so could understand. Andy then stepped in and was helpful and again kept in regular contact and was proactive in chasing up delays and getting the paperwork through whilst also keeping my solicitor up to date. Would recommend this company plus their fees much more reasonable then other companies approached. Thank you both for all your help, it was much appreciated and took the stress away”
