“Matt Thomas stayed with us when a change in circumstances seemed that all was lost for us. Without him, we would not have the confidence to keep going in our journey to find a home. He has been exceptional and professional to the nth degree. Thank you so much Matt & The Mortgage Hut.”

“I'm very happy that we used The Mortgage Hut to help arrange a mortgage for us. Jess from the team is fantastic and very knowledgeable. She was able to advise about things I hadn't even considered which helped our application go through smoothly. All the way through she kept us up-to-date, even going as far as giving us the good news that our mortgage offer had been issued on her day off!”

“I dealt with Daniel Hawkins for my application and he was brilliant. He got me a good deal but also worked around a few little complexities and got me everything I needed. Andy Holding dealt with the admin side once the application was submitted and I kept me updated and reassured me along the way. I would highly recommend”

“As an over 50 sole trader I knew it’s wasn’t going to be easy to get a mortgage. The Mortgage Hut however did their thing and found myself and partner one. They kept us updated throughout the process. I’d like to thank Elliott, Andy, Ash and the team at The Mortgage Hut.”

Currently, nearly all mortgage lenders will exclude potential borrowers who are on long term sick due to illness for the fear that they may lose their income and the mortgage become unaffordable. If you already have a mortgage your existing lender is the most likely lender able to help. We are sorry we couldn't help at this point and wish you a speedy recovery from all of the team at The Mortgage Hut. Chris

“We were initially speaking with Steve who is no longer with the company. Luke took over and guided us through the remainder of the process just as well as Steve did. Everything went smoothly and communication was great at all times. Since the offer we have also been in touch with Shona and Andy who were just as great. Just hoping now that the solicitors will get everything sorted, so that we can move soon.”
