“As a first time buyer myself and my partner felt quite overwhelmed with the buying process. Giacomo and his team were amazing! They made the whole mortgage process so smooth, got us a great mortgage offer and explained each step clearly so we could understand exactly what was happening. After going with one company originally who we were not impressed with, The Mortgage Hut couldn’t have been further from this. If you’re a first time buyer, I couldn’t recommend this company enough.”

“We are currently in the middle of a shared ownership application, and I cannot tell you how amazed we are with how amazing, friendly and professional Jen is, she is a credit to the company, as first time buyers this process is terrifying but from the moment I spoke to Jen I was completely put at ease, Jen managed to get us a AIP in around 4 hours and even got us a to be able to offer a larger share purchase, although we have yet to here back from HA and it could all not go ahead I will still be so great full and amazed at just how quick and professionally Jen has dealt with the process, from receiving tons of panicked emails from me! Speaking to the housing association And even keeping me updated day and night, even if we don’t get this property I will definitely carry on keeping Jen and the company as my main point of contact moving forward such a wonderful team.”

“The service I received from Jacky Lambert was second to none. I am perfectly confident that she has got me the best mortgage for my circumstances. Without Jacky my house purchase would have been much more stressful. Jacky took up her own time to prevent delays in the process. I could not be more impressed.”

“I cannot recommend the mortgage hut enough. They kept me updated on the process, explaining everything from start to finish. They are a friendly team and have made getting a mortgage easy and stress free. They were easy to contact throughout the process and always answered the phone in a friendly and professional manner. “I’ve had the best experience with The Mortgage Hut. It’s me and my partners first purchase, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster but everyone has been so supportive. “Becca helped me with the insurance side. Due to other factors, the house buying process wasn't too smooth and there were delays, but Becca was wonderful with making sure everything was in order. When it was all sorted there was next to no notice for exchange on my house but Becca still had everything in place to get it all up and running asap. Definitely recommend! Customer service was fantastic and Becca was wonderful at staying in touch with me through the process. One non-stress portion of house buying thanks to Becca.”

“I have been looking for a new mortgage. I called and spoke with Jacky who from the off was professional, realistic, enthusiastic and supportive. She worked hard to find solutions to any problems I may have had and ultimately achieved what other companies couldn’t! This is the first time I’ve used the mortgage hut! Definitely recommend them. “I had the pleasure of speaking with Becca who kept reminding me about my life insuarance. Once i was ready to close on my house she was only a call away got it all done straighaway. Shes always pleasant to speak with . I also want to say Bob was my broker and he was fantastic. Patient, knowledgable and efficient when dealing with me. I really had no worries as my confidence i Bob was influenced by his confidence in his own job . Thank you Bob i will definately work with him and recommend him in the future”
