“I first heard about Kiran/Mortgage Hut through a friend of the family. We had used the same mortgage broker for years on our portfolio and we were nervous about changing. Kiran was fast and efficient from the first call. She explained the products that would suit our needs in great depth and within a day had an mip that we needed to progress a prompt purchase. If you are looking for fast honest advice and a company that deliver, look no further.”

“Elliot, Becca, Ash just to name a few of the fantastic Mortgage hut team members who helped my husband and I to get onto the property ladder. What seemed once upon a time like an impossible dream to get ourselves a home of our own is now a reality which we cannot thank you all for each and every piece of input you have all contributed. The Mortgage hut team are a very approachable, friendly bunch who take you under their experienced wings and guide you every step of the way, taking time and patience to explain and familiarise each quite (at times)daunting step. We couldn’t have done this without you all.”

“We used the Mortgage Hut two years ago for our first mortgage. Elliott was so helpful and gave us brilliant advice. He always answered my emails and any questions promptly.. even replied to me on a Sunday. They also put us in contact with insurance company ensuring that we had good cover. A brilliant service that I will continue to use. Many thanks Elliott and team :)”

“Oliver R. has been incredibly helpful from the get-go and was happy to explain any terms we were unsure about, walking us through the process and giving us the best options for our specific circumstances. All paperwork provided promptly and happy to go over it with us. Feels like an excellent one-stop shop for everything relating to getting a mortgage and cannot recommend them highly enough. 5* performance all round.”

“cannot explain just how amazing, reassuring, helpful, efficient and competent Natasha Strath has been. I was recommended this company though my sister who frequently uses them. My partner had some adverse credit history making the application of a mortgage particularly stressful and more challenging. Natasha was open, honest and knowledgeable. From first point of contact customer service and communication was outstanding. Whenever Natasha said she would call or email, she did. Infact, she even called on days off to ensure we were updated. This was exceptional commitment and she went above and beyond. We were informed of every step and what the requirements were. Natasha made us feel less stressed and reassured us that we would get a mortgage despite some history and explained all options clearly and enabled us to feel a part of the whole process. The only disappointing part was the mortgage provider who didn't offer the best service yet Andy and Natasha's service made this less painful than it would have been. It was totally out of their control and they frequently chased the underwriter on our part. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend. Great service and Natasha is an asset to the mortgage hut.”

“We specifically would like to thank Georgiana for her amazing guidance, availability, patience and help in finding us the best mortgage possible. As a couple of first time buyers, we were recommended the mortgage hut and they clearly did not disappoint! Georgiana was excellent in clearly explaining the mortgage process. “I would definitely recommend the Mortgage Hut as Leah was able to find us a 95% mortgage after another broker said we wouldn't be able to find a lender. We were really worried that we wouldn't be able to buy the kind of property we wanted as the lender recommended by the estate agent could only find 90% mortgages for us, so we searched for a new broker with a bit more expertise. Leah got us back on track when she secured us the offer we wanted with a reputable lender and a reasonable interest rate. She was 100% there for us, taking away some of the stress that comes with buying a home, with her brilliant customer service and advice that felt impartial. We are now in our new home. Thanks again for all your help!”

“Cold called me as I was a previous client. It was only after 2 phone calls and receiving contract paperwork to sign that I was made aware a fee would be payable (previously was fee free). It then took 2 full working days for the fee to be confirmed as payable by which point I had already sourced a new mortgage deal elsewhere by myself and without incurring any charges!”

We always disclose our fees along with our regulatory information on the first call which we record and hold on file. I'm sorry if we didn't make everything clear or there was some confusion. “Kiran is the best mortgage advisor! Went over everything with me step by step. Was quick to respond to any questions I had and got my mortgage sorted for me. Would recommend to everyone. Andy part of the admin team was very helpful as well keeping me updated throughout the process. Great team!”

“Great customer service. Jen was very easy to talk to keen to fully understand my position to ensure the best advice. There was no issue when our situation changed multiple times. After a period not dealing with them, The Mortgage Hut did a great job reconnecting me with my original advisor (Jen) meaning I didn’t have to start again from scratch.”

We had Elliot take us under his wing and every step of the process was clearly explained by Elliot and the team who all work seamlessly together to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
