“I had the pleasure of working with both Andy and Elliot when securing my mortgage offer. As a first time buyer using shared ownership, the idea of getting a mortgage was worrying and difficult to navigate. Having the team to support made it incredibly easy, they were quick to respond, took time to explain and were worth their weight in gold! It really made me feel at ease and helped reduce the stresses of buying a property. Thank you!!”

“I highly recommend Natasha from the Mortage Hut. Natasha took over once I confirmed my mortage. She was great at keeping me updated and answering the many questions I had quickly! This was the first time I had purchased a mortage and she really made it run as smoothly as possible. Still to this day, Natsha has chased my Solicitor for updates and kept me informed without me having to ask. She is a credit to the company!”

“Had a consultation with David To today and I was very impressed with all the information and terms on mortgages, the process and buying process that was explained to me in a way that I felt I finally understood the stuff I was hearing about with being a first time buyer. I was able to ask any questions and have them answered and explained fully to help in understanding the borrowing my partner and I could have. David asked for information from both of us and gave us time to locate it in files with no complaints and made sure he didn’t leave the call before making sure we didn’t have any questions, letting us know when to except to hear from him again and that we had the emails he had sent over in front of us. So far this has been the best and most throughly done broker appointment I’ve had and I’m really happy and impressed with the level of communication in the call and after as well when sending documents in to get the process started. Couldn’t recommend David enough.”

“I was referred to the mortgage hut via a friend but my circumstances wasn't the greatest so I didnt think I could sort a mortgage out. But with the great help from Kieren D and Natasha H, they managed to get me the best rate and a deal which suited my needs. The help and support throughout I am truly grateful. 10/10 I would recommend the mortgage hut.”

“David has been a fantastic advisor for me, he has made the process as simple as it can be and has supported me every step of the way. David has only ever been a text message, email or phone call away to resolve any issue I have encountered including even out of what one would expect are working hours. I had already used a different mortgage advisor from a different firm prior to utilising the mortgage hut and David has been nothing but exceptional throughout and has made me feel looked after and valued as a client - cannot recommend him, and the mortgage hut as a result, enough!”
