After a mistaken chargeback several weeks ago by my bank, which was instantly reversed and no charges incurred by The New You Plan , the New You Plan has just cancelled my order today, several days after they accepted my order and confirmed my order!
The chargeback was mistakenly placed, but reversed instantly and no charges were incurred by The New You Plan. As soon as it was realised that the bank had mistakenly identified the incorrect company it was reversed immediately and within minutes of the chargeback request.
Everyone makes mistakes in their lives, including banks, and The New You Plan! The amount of orders I have had from the New You Plan that have been short of items or late, I did not cancel any orders, even after several mistakes by The New You Plan. I wouldn't call this good customer service.
Thank you New You Plan. That will be myself no longer able to place orders and my partner will no longer place any orders either. I will now stop recommending you and I will advise the friends that ordered through my recommendations, to now stop ordering.
A genuine mistake by my bank and you penalise me for a genuine mistake that did not financially affect you or your company.
What is so annoying is the fact that most of my orders placed had shortages, mistakes by the New You staff that packed the items. I gave them many chances, but I did not cancel any orders.
