Very poor service. Chargeable postage and no prepaid returns, so you have to pay between £4 - £6 for postage and then a further £6 to return an item just so you try them on before ordering with your prescription which can turn quite expensive. Apparently there is a 2pm cut off point for next day delivery that they don’t make clear at point of ordering on their website as well. So if you order after the cut off, they’ll still offer you next day delivery, still charge you for next day delivery, but you won’t get next day delivery. Checkout is very unclear on this. Customer Service really not interested at all. Disappointing experience.

very poor quality lenses and poor customer care. recieved the lenses which are blurry and poorly manufactured that when you look through them, things look hazy. checked the prescription with the opticians and it is correct and the feedback is the quality of manufacture is poor. customer services refused to help stating 'lenses were fit into the frame hence, unreturnable or refundable' paid a handsome amount for carrera frame and turned out to be flimsy and end of line stock...never again
