I have ordered a 4 in 1 bed and the description was stating that the matress is included so I purchase it. When delivered the matress was NOT included. I emailed the Range live chat and they assured me that the matress is included is just going to arrive with a different supplier. A few days after I have received an email and they said that actually the matress is not included and if I am not happy I can return the purchase. They are scamming the people and you can't believe anything stated in the description as they are lying and putting a false information under their product description! They have to be ashamed of the way they treat their customers! If I could I would not leave even one star as they don't deserve it! Wouldn't recommend to anyone to purchase anything from them!!!!

Recently visited the Blackpool Store. Very Very busy, especially at the tills. We spent over £140 before returning to our car & leaving. This morning we received a very officious letter from a parking company demanding £100 as we had overstayed by minutes the 2 hour parking limit, which we didn't even know existed. The Range stated that although it is thier car park it is managed by a 3rd party so have no influence. This obviously means that they dont care that their customers, in our case longstanding & regular customers are receiving these threatening & coercive letters from a company that is contracted to do so by the Range. Ironically if we hadn't joined the huge que at checkout we would have been inside the 2 hour limit. Obviously we wont be using the Range again, either in Blackpool or elsewhere.

I ordered a vax online and it is faulty, been waiting for three weeks for customer care to tell me how to return the item and get a refund. Still waiting 😩Do not buy anything online from them

I wish I could give no stars!! Absolutely shocking service have been battling for 2 months for a refund. Ordered a unit which was never delivered due to it being damaged in transit! Chased for a refund couple of weeks later was told it has been issued checked back on original payment NOTHING!! Have been back and forth on chat and emails as you can’t speak to a person to keep being told different things! 1 item hasn’t been received 2 Refund hasn’t been processed 3 refund has been processed 4 this will be escalated To then get same message back refund was issued check original source!! I was just on chat to someone this morning who decided to end the chat on me cause I kept asking for a confirmation email of the refund to show where it has been refunded too! The customer service is one of the worse I have ever experienced. I will not be purchasing from the range online ever again!! AVOID

The Range is abysmal with their 'customer service' as I am currently trying to get an item RETURNED to their retailer that sent the WRONG item. Now the retailer has offered to take the item and PARTIALLY return my money. With this, EVERY 2 weeks Clearpay is still paying for goods I CANNOT return. I have had to get in contact with The Range EVERY week to try to deal with this situation. They say they will get back to you in 3-4 working days which NEVER happens, so I end up having to contact them. There is no phone no. so you are stuck trying to text someone while they take their time to reply. They NEVER reply with what you ask, it is always 'what the retailer said'. They take NO responsibility in the unprofessional customer service that is provided by both them and their partner companies. They display abhorrent behaviour taking advantage of people that cannot afford to buy goods that are more expensive by thinking they are NOBODYS. This is the UK and this should NOT be permitted in 2024. I am complaining to Consumer Rights and taking legal action.

am so disappointed. i am a student with little money to spend. I received a paddleboard i purchased which was delivered with a hole. After speaking with the range for months they picked up the board to refund. Since i have had no response to over 10 emails i have sent requesting my refund and i feel completely in the dark. I have spent £150 for them to basically rob my order. I am disgusted.

Should have read the reviews before I sent for the cushions. They were provided by a third party seller, this information not given until order placed and money taken. When the very shoddy goods arrived there’s no way of contacting them and the range will not take any responsibility. I’ve given one star but would give a minus if I could. Dreadful company behaviour, disingenuous and sharp practice. Customer service worse than useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a table online and it was faulty I tried to be reasonable but wanted the damaged part to be replaced. More than three months later I have not had a replacement though the staff/bots have claimed it was dispatched. They never follow up but lie repeatedly. The Help Centre is badly named, and their Customer Service is non existent. The worst company I have ever dealt with. 0 stars and id give negative ones if I could.

coming into the range Corby, to be standing at the customer service till freezing whilst being served. I am entering the shop seeing workers standing next to your main entrance freezing and getting visibly ill from this. Seeing your staff having to wear OUTDOOR PPE to be working indoors, seeing them with hand warmers and gloves on and having them completely lose sensation in their body to be able to complete their job role to the best of their ability.  It’s a complete lack of care and consideration for your staff, considering we’re in the middle of winter and this is quite often in the evening time when it is at its coldest. Not to mention I am seeing staff walking round with a security badge on when they are visibly not trained in a security role, it’s a disgusting lack of health and safety and you should be ashamed of yourself as a company. Not to mention, how dangerous it is for you to be telling your staff they are the ones that have to confront people stealing, this is a small town, people know people and it is not fair for you to tell your staff to RISK their safety and lives for something that is NOT their job. I never see any managers on the shop floor at all, I am beginning to wonder if there is even any managers in the Corby store at all? The amount of times I’ve witnessed people being called on the mic to help at a till when there is lines of people blocking exits and entrances, then nobody turns up to help. This is just the start of the problems, I’ve seen much more happening here, and heard much more too.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Do not purchase online items. I bought a bed that broke within a couple days, been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, now they are completely ignoring my emails. Worst customer service i have ever received!!

Ordered a clock online and had no email off them confirming my order when the clock arrived it is damaged tried and tried and tried to get a phone number to no avail only numbers i got was of local stores but called 3 of them with no reply from any of them so i am stuck with the item would never ever order online or in store again there customer service is 0 its as if once you have spent your money on goods they have no interested in any communications in any way with their customers so disgusted with this company and would advise people to do the same and definitely avoid this company

Placed an order, they were unable to fulfil, requested refund...requested refund, requested refund, wish I had done this on a credit card not a debit card as they just don't reply. AVOID anything online with this company.

They never refund cancelled or returned orders. You have to keep emailing, calling, or going to the shop, and then you might be lucky to get your money back. Absolutely rubbish finance department, so sack all of them as they are destroying your brand.

Shocking experience! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered a Christmas tree from Christmas tree world through the range and wanted to send it back . Been non stop hassle. A week after getting in touch about returning, different people have been emailing me back with each email saying I’ve to wait another 3 working days for them to get back to me so just delaying all the time and getting nowhere. I thought no returns should be this difficult. The range were telling me they are waiting on returns info from Christmas tree world yet Christmas tree world told me they were in fact waiting on the range and that it’s nothing to do with them if I’ve ordered through the range. I then decided to Google reviews and no way am I sending the tree back as I am pretty certain I’ll receive no refund for a £150 tree! So now stuck with it as would rather that than risk not hearing anything or receiving any refund. They are scamming people left right and centre. Customer services useless!! And no phone number raises suspicion straight away! Wonder why there’s no number! AVOID!

Called at the Bangor (North Wales) store to buy several pots of paint. As I walked in, a young man shouted "You can't come in. We're not open." When I asked when they would open, he said that would happen at nine o'clock. I asked him what time it was and was told it was five minutes to nine. Two suggestions:- a) Do not open the doors until 9am. b) Update your staff customer services manual.
