Don't want to give even one star. Very bad customer service for teturn. Bought item.online. Want to return it straight away as it looks tacky. Send email, an automatic reply stated the reply would be two days later. Through WA through live chat waited for so long for answer/solutions, so frustrated with this company. Shameful dan regret bought something, expensive item came unacctractive and difficult to return it!

absolute joke i spent so much momey and recieved the items completely damaged they items have been collected yet my money was not refunded back to me im still waiting honestly this company is a scam

Poor customer service. I asked for the location of an item and the staff member was curt and unfriendly. Needless to say I left the store and didn't buy anything!

Items never arrived, which they acknowledge, and took a the threat of legal action to eventually receive a refund. Never never never buy online from The Range

This company is terrible. Only part of my order arrived. They don't have a customer service phone number. They don't respond on CHAT and they use a stupid robot on WHATSAPP. I just can't get any sense from them.

I have never posted a review before & I so wish I had read the reviews of this company before using them. NEVER buy on line from them, they have the worst customer service I have ever come across. I have been trying for a week to find out why my order is late & am no further forward. Have tried to get a refund & been fobbed off with some story about having to wait 3 days for a response from their “market place” partners. They, of course, would not have waited for 3 days for payment from me.

absolutely disgusting- part of my order is missing, only received two boxes instead of 4, the same product- tried live chat, rude, unhelpful and ended the chat without resolution, they blamed the "distributor" but refused to give me a contact number- no wonder the reviews on here are so bad- DO NOT USE THEM

Ordered an ottoman bed last June. After a short time the gas strut broke and bed dropped on my husband, lucky it wasn't me or I could be dead now! Sent a part which my husband had to fit. Then discovered a part at the other side was damaged when bed collapsed so we wanted to return it. We had to dismantle bed and pack it up and send pics before they would uplift. They collected it and told us they refunded our money. They never have and although we keep contacting them they refuse to send an image of the transaction. We will have deal with this legally. Never again!!!!

Do not buy anything big such as a cooker washer etc as if it is faulty then contacting the customer care is virtually impossible. They said the would be in touch within 72 hours here I am a week later and still no contact from then ...there is no way to speak to an actual person you go on live chat or whats sap only to be told they will contact you by email .What a terrible company no respect for customers !!!!

Wouldn't buy anything from this store. Still waiting for my refund from an item I returned in November of last year 😡 They insist that my refund was processed in December last year but it hasn't. Have sent multiple emails but still waiting for refund. PayPal requested the transaction ID number associated with the refund to investigate and they sent an invalid ID number. Asked for the genuine transaction ID number and still waiting for a response. Not going to get it though as my refund hasn't been processed. Getting trading standards involved now!!

Only gave 1 star as no stars wasn't an option. Bristol Filton, absolutely disgusting behaviour from managers, shouting and swearing at customers on shope floor, calling one lady a liar, shop is an absolute mess, no one to help you, apparently they are all really busy, which is true they are really busy smoking outside the front doors of the shop. Stock all over the floors, absolutely filthy. Complained to head office, they really don't care.

I tell myself everytime not to shop online with the Range. It has to be the worst home delivery shopping experience ever.. They love to take ya money but you try and speak to a human if you have a problem.. GOOD LUCK.. customer service is rubbish.. Never ever again TOO STRESSFUL
