Still waiting for my refund from an item I returned in November of last year 😡 They insist that my refund was processed in December last year but it hasn't.

Ordered a table and chairs and turned up damaged and bits missing… I know just want a refund and for to to be collected. Your customer service on live chat is down right rude.

Placed an order, half of order cancelled 6 days after I placed and paid for it , the part order was delivered as normal , still no contact from The Range , once I contacted them via email , there is no phone number , I find out they did not have the stock they had sold me , no one did ever contact me , many days later still I got an. Email saying I would be getting a refund , my 2 nd and last order from them , the online side really sucks

Never sent the order and it was a birthday present,still waiting for refund , customer service didn't help with the outcome I wanted of the actual item

I am absolutely fuming ! The Range customer service is a joke . I bought a rug ,they sent the wrong one, I returned on 20th January and after many emails and messages and chat STILL NO refund . I would advise customers not to order on line from The Range as it is near impossible to get answers or your refund . J. Toy

Ordered Christmas decorations last year. They sent me completely different items and were completely unhelpful when contacted. Nightmare getting a refund
