Bought some perfumes online which once arrived I could tell by looking at the box that it was fake, advised customer services whom informed they were the genuine item…. Took perfume to selfridges whom showed me the genuine item smells completely differentii, range however still assures it as genuine item and returns is a headache returns emails once every few day… never again
”

On top of this they also require the customer to pay for a return after all this distress returns should be able to be free for the customer and simple process.

Appalling customer care. I tried to return an item by post as I am disabled. They gave me an address to send it to yet even with proof of posting, they said I'd sent it to the wrong address, an address listed on their website under returns and refused to assist me any further.
I will never shop there again. What a terrible way to treat a disabled customer.

returns date by law is 28 days they think is ok to interduce a 14 day return day and not 28 days does this mean the law doesn't apply to them today i took a unwanted Christmas gift back to the Redditch branch they refused me a refund or an exchange i asked to speak to the manager a man turned up calming to be the manager dressed very scruffy i told him he docent look like a manager where's you name barge he walked off very rude and arrogance came back said I'm sorry didn't want to know phoned up head office they didn't want to know so i am going to report them to trading standards hopefully they will get a nice fine for breaking to law

The online returns policy is practically illegal! You can’t get a refund.. website takes you round in circles… you have to apply for a refund .. no one answers you.. calls cut out.. when in store and they can’t return online order… but agreed that the online team are an absolute joke …. Has anyone taken The Range to small claims court?… do not order online from this company!

The Range plus online customer service and returns procedure is diabolical ! Still waiting for refunds on two items over £110 owed to me . They don't supply you with return addresses , really not good . Will never use them again online . You can't return goods to the address they sent them from , yet dong give you any other information .
