I placed order online, baubles that were in the sale at half price, they took the full price payment. Have messaged several times and getting no response. Absolute rip off company, worst customer service I have ever experienced, or should I say there is no customer service!! Please do not order anything online from them as if you have a problem it will NOT get resolved!! You’ve been warned! I’d give zero stars if I could!

You need to sort your staff out and learn the law, 3 adults went to the till, 2 monster energy and one Prime HYDRATION (the coconut water not the energy drink) member of staff questioned if it was for one of the children, it was since we've bought them multiple times from another range store and other shops, he refused service claiming it is age restricted, it is not an age restricted product, his attitude towards customers was rude, provocative and unprofessional which lead to a heated argument, after I left the store with my children he proceeded to follow me out and continue the argument thus abandoning his till, followed by 2 other unprofessional members of staff that need to learn the law.
