I purchased a table online and it was faulty
I tried to be reasonable but wanted the damaged part to be replaced.
More than three months later I have not had a replacement though the staff/bots have claimed it was dispatched. They never follow up but lie repeatedly. The Help Centre is badly named, and their Customer Service is non existent.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. 0 stars and id give negative ones if I could.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Do not purchase online items. I bought a bed that broke within a couple days, been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, now they are completely ignoring my emails. Worst customer service i have ever received!!

Ordered a clock online and had no email off them confirming my order when the clock arrived it is damaged tried and tried and tried to get a phone number to no avail only numbers i got was of local stores but called 3 of them with no reply from any of them so i am stuck with the item would never ever order online or in store again there customer service is 0 its as if once you have spent your money on goods they have no interested in any communications in any way with their customers so disgusted with this company and would advise people to do the same and definitely avoid this company
