I'm using it every other day for prevention and it has really made a difference. Im getting fewer headaches and when I do seem to start one it very often just goes away with no intervention.

Would love more if it was covered under my insurance because I don’t like taking medication and it does help me with my migraines. Although I can’t use it all the time due to cost

We are a small company that is committed to making Nerivio affordable and are working hard to expand insurance coverage so patients can have access to drug-free migraine treatment. In the instances where it is not covered, the Nerivio Savings Program will assist eligible and insured patients with the cost of Nerivio. ➡️ With the Nerivio Savings Program, patients with any active insurance who provide the specialty pharmacy with permission to complete a benefits verification and any necessary prior authorizations will pay $49 for their first 18-treatment device and $89 for any refills. In addition, the Nerivio Savings Program now offers three Nerivio devices for $199. This brings the cost down to $66/device. Nerivio is also eligible for reimbursement through flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and healthcare savings accounts (HSAs).

Nerivio has helped me so much! It's amazing how this little device has changed my life when it comes to migraine headaches! I hate to take prescription medication because of the potential side effects, but the pain would get so bad that I would. Sometimes the medicine wouldn't help so I'd have to go to the emergency room and have to be there for hours and the migraine cocktail they gave me would make me so tired that the rest of my day would be ruined. I don't have to worry about any of that with Nerivio! I take an over the counter headache medicine, then put on the device and all it takes is about 45 minutes and I'm headache free! I would've given 5 stars, but my only complaint is the $80 copay, which to many people is nothing, but is a lot to me

Thanks for choosing Nerivio, Lisa! Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. It’s important to begin acute treatment as early as possible (preferably within 60 minutes of the start of your migraine) or complete prevention treatments regularly, set an intensity that is strong but comfortable, and complete the full 45-minute treatment. Nerivio Cares customer support (support@nerivio.com / 866-637-4846) is also available to help you get the most effective treatment with your device.

I’m not sure how this is working but each time I use the device my migraine tends to go away.

Hey, Julie! We're glad you've found relief with Nerivio. During a treatment, Nerivio stimulates nerves in the upper arm through remote electrical neuromodulation (REN). The nerves carry messages to the brain to activate a pain-management response to naturally turn off migraine pain without the need of any medications.

I love this device but towards the end of the treatments the sticky parts start to peel off and get stuck on my arm.

I use my Nerivio after I’ve taken all medications I can. It often ends my lingering migraine after all of the prescriptions.

Nerivio has helped me to manage my migraine by keeping the pain under control. Sometimes it eliminates the pain completely and other times it just stabilizes the pain. Which is good because the pain is more tolerable at a pain level of 2 versus 10.

It has definitely reduced the frequency and strength of my migraines. However it has not totally eliminated the headaches.

Mitch, we're glad to hear you have found relief with Nerivio. In clinical trials, pain relief was experienced in 2-out-of-3 patients 2 hours after using Nerivio, and pain freedom was experienced by 37% of patients. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. We further recommend you reach out to your HCP with any additional questions.

So far, going into second week of use, I like it. I've noted a difference in effectiveness when I've chosen to use the audio guided meditation. Having Cervical Dystonia means a lot of tightness in neck & shoulders. This helped me focus on relaxing tension. Only negative has been paring device with phone app. Sometimes app does not work and has to be reloaded. Or phone powered off and on again. This is a bit inconvenient.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve. Please do not skip any steps: 1. Turn your phone off and back on. 2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again in the settings menu. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 3. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 4. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash). 5. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 6. Press the “Connect Nerivio” button. 7. Wait 10 seconds to see if the device automatically pairs or prompts you to pair for the first time. 8. If this does not work, please contact Nerivio Cares at 937-637-4846 for assistance.

Product has been very helpful with pain control in most cases. The struggle to the device to pair correctly, or get it on the upper arm when neck pain is already high, or to get the app to actually consistently work when needed is a problem. At least 30% of the time either the app will not open and I have to restart my phone or the device will not pair.

i’ve found that it’s really helped me manage my chronic migraines. it mostly just takes the edge off but it’s better than a lot of things i’ve tried.
