I haven’t noticed anything helpful with Nerivio. I’ve done 4 treatments so far and always take a triptan after to take care of it.

Unfortunately, it has no effect on my migraines; I’ve tried it several times now, usually right at the onset.

It connected when I first received it. Now I need treatment and it will not connect

Please call Nerivio customer support at 937-637-4846 and we will assist you. In the meantime, here are some steps you can try to resolve the connectivity issue. Please do not skip any steps. 1. Turn your phone off, turn your phone back on. 2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again in the settings menu. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 3. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 4. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash). 5. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 6. Wait 10 seconds to see if the device automatically pairs. -If your device is paired, you will see that a green “start” icon appears in the center of the treatment screen: you are connected and ready to treat! -If the device does not pair on its own, please go to step 7. 7. Press the “Connect Nerivio” button at the bottom of your treatment screen. - Device should pair, you will see a green “start” icon appears in the center of the treatment screen, you are connected and ready to treat! -You may also choose to connect your device through the “more” menu> Choose “Nerivio Device” >Then “Connect a new Nerivio Device”. -Follow the prompts and you are ready to treat!

Nerivio has not helped with my migraines. I still have to take medication with or after using it.

Nerivio intensified my migraines and did not work for me, just made things worse. I am working with my neurologist with new preventive medications that are working. Please do not continue to contact me. I have informed the pharmacy that I will not be renewing prescriptions. Thank you.

It hurt my arm even on a low setting. On the lowest selling it was irritating me. I might try it one more time.

To me it does not help unfortunately. In addition, I do not connect to the method in which each treatment costs money, offers to change the method to the monthly rental cost of the device, so that we do not have to think twice before operating the device.

The device helps a little bit, but would be dramatically better if there was a way to share data with my neurologist. I was also deeply disappointed that I tried going all the way up the chain of asking questions, and no one could answer my questions about optimal placement other than 4 different people all telling me “it goes on your upper arm”, which was not the question

Your messages to me state that I should have started the device at the onset of my migraines. My migraines are 24 hours/7 days a week. When exactly would that time be? Also, after one 60 minute use my migraine worsened as did the usual ringing in my ears that I have with my migraines. Not impressed.

Nerivio® is indicated for acute treatment of chronic and episodic migraine with or without aura in patients 12 years of age or older. It is a prescription use, self-administered device for use at the onset of migraine headache or aura.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking our advice. In our clinical trial of adults with non-chronic migraine:   66.7% of participants reported a reduction of migraine attack pain to mild or none.   37.4 % reported complete relief of migraine attack pain.   46.3% report relief of their Most-Bothersome symptoms (MBS's), including photophobia, phonophobia, nausea.   So, while the Nerivio device is highly effective for many people, it may not provide relief in every instance of migraine headache.  We will send you some tips for usage.
