It connected when I first received it. Now I need treatment and it will not connect

Please call Nerivio customer support at 937-637-4846 and we will assist you. In the meantime, here are some steps you can try to resolve the connectivity issue. Please do not skip any steps. 1. Turn your phone off, turn your phone back on. 2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again in the settings menu. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 3. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 4. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash). 5. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 6. Wait 10 seconds to see if the device automatically pairs. -If your device is paired, you will see that a green “start” icon appears in the center of the treatment screen: you are connected and ready to treat! -If the device does not pair on its own, please go to step 7. 7. Press the “Connect Nerivio” button at the bottom of your treatment screen. - Device should pair, you will see a green “start” icon appears in the center of the treatment screen, you are connected and ready to treat! -You may also choose to connect your device through the “more” menu> Choose “Nerivio Device” >Then “Connect a new Nerivio Device”. -Follow the prompts and you are ready to treat!

Works decently well at relieving migraine symptoms. Have used neuromodulators before and this is on par with similar ones.

It helped to keep my migraine from blowing all the way up. I caught it quick this time. But I’m still unwell. I wish it worked better and I wish we knew if the process could be used to prevent an attack.

It does help. But when you are having a migraine and the device doesn't wanna stick trying to get everything in place it becomes very frustrating.

Thank you for letting us know! We have a tip that should be helpful. 1. Remove the protective film from the gel electrodes. 2. Place the armband velcro into the proper size opening. 3. Place the Nerivio device into the oval-shaped armband opening. 4. Slide it all up your arm as 1 piece, and strap the armband. I’m amazed at how well this works. I still get a lot of less intense migraines and this really helps keep them at bay.

Nerivio has not helped with my migraines. I still have to take medication with or after using it.

On two occasions, the Nerivio took out the migraine. On the other occasions, it treated it temporarily but I still needed to take another type of migraine pill.

So far it helps when I need it the most. It took a couple days for it to start working but now I think it is helping the migraines.

It seems to help while it's on. At least lessens the severity of symptoms but when it stops my headache comes right back.

I was worried that this would not work at 1st. I do not have the option to take take medications due to having chronic kidney disease. I was suffering without many options.. The 1st 4 treatments seem to not do much for me for me. But on the 5th treatment the headache was resolved the aura was resolved. My only thing is it did not come with a clear understanding of how to use it how many times A-day was OK to use it et cetera
