“It may have helped once or twice with medication. But not for me really. I would rather try placing on neck but knew I was not supposed to.”

WARNINGS, PRECAUTIONS AND ADVERSE EVENTS  Do not use the device on the heart, chest, neck, head or any other body location other than the upper arm, because this could cause severe muscle spasms resulting in closure of your airway, difficulty in breathing, or adverse effects on heart rhythm or blood pressure  If you ever have any questions or concerns, please give us a call at Nerivio Cares at (937)‐637‐4846 Monday‐Friday 8am‐8pm EST.

“We wait to have this on if you have to have Bluetooth capability but capability but from the day I got it it hasn't been working it sucks cause I'm not able to cope with the headaches and the device is too expensive for not to be able to work”

“My original device did not work properly. I contacted the company and they were very helpful. A new device was already sent to me. I have not had a chance to use it yet so I can't comment yet on whether it helps my head. But, I did want to say the company was very responsive with a replacement which is much appreciated.”

“Your product did not work. It’s pretty much a TENS unit and it would work if you put it on the back of your neck or around your knee if you had pain in those areas.”

The intensity should be strong, but never painful, and should be set within the first few minutes of treatment.    The + and – buttons on your phone screen allow you to set the level, and just after you start a treatment, you can repeatedly press the “plus” button to increase intensity until the sensation feels strong but not uncomfortable.  During clinical trials, the most effective treatment was obtained with intensities over 20% and with averages between 25 and 35%. If you do not get to 20%, however, do not worry, as long as it feels strong. Although the intensity may feel as if it gets weaker during treatment; this is normal and is just your body adjusting to the sensation; there is no need to increase the intensity further.

As far as still having a migraine after your treatment: If your migraine headache is not aborted following treatment, you may administer additional treatments. We do not have a limit on the number of times you may treat in a day, though we have no data on daily or long-term use. Please consult your healthcare provider to discuss long-term use.
