“After using the device for the first time i felt some reduction in the massive migraine attack i had. The second time ive used it i used it twice in a row as the attack was again massive and debilitating. To my happiness the first session took the migraine down about five levels then using it again the migraine is barely noticeable. I am so deeply appreciative. Thank you! I did have to medication to keep me from vomiting .”

Hi, Jesus. For effective acute treatment, it’s important to start treatment early, set an intensity that is strong but comfortable, and complete the full 45-minute treatment. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. “I used it 4 times but the migraine didn't go. On the other hand the interval between migraines seems to be bigger with around 2 days”

“Product has been very helpful with pain control in most cases. The struggle to the device to pair correctly, or get it on the upper arm when neck pain is already high, or to get the app to actually consistently work when needed is a problem. At least 30% of the time either the app will not open and I have to restart my phone or the device will not pair.”

We're glad you've found relief with Nerivio and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot the Bluetooth connection: 1. Turn your phone off and back on. 2. Turn Bluetooth off and back on again in the settings menu. Do not try to pair the device from the Bluetooth menu. 3. Place the device next to the phone on a table. (If the device is on your arm please remove when connecting.) 4. Turn on the device by pushing the power button (green light will flash). 5. Open the Nerivio App on your phone. 6. Press the “Connect Nerivio” button. 7. Wait 10 seconds to see if the device automatically pairs or prompts you to pair for the first time. 8. If this does not work, please contact Nerivio Cares at 937-637-4846 for assistance.
