“pie excellent quality but pie squashed on arrival either due to poor packing or delivery method. I had ordered 5 large pies for family but disappointed with one, not sure I would risk another order”

“Although i have purchased previously, this was the first time i purchased directly.The service was excellent,packaging perfect and of course the pies were amazing. Only slight dissapointment was we didnt get the pies with the cheese. In these difficult times your customer service and products are second to none”

“It would be great when you place your order if you were given a rough idea of when your delivery will be, maybe a 1-2 day delivery date in day 3-4 days time? I totally understand that things are made to order but if your needing your order in a hurry you are not sure just how quickly that food will arrive with you. Sometimes it’s not even in the following working week. Just my thoughts, but apart from that your pasties are lovely.”

“My third purchase from them -- the first was "meat and potato", which bring back childhood memories for my mum. Second was fruit crumbles (sorry, tasty but too sweet for me). This was a mix of Christmas turkey (had one of these -- delish!). chicken and steak & kidney. Pastry is light and crisp. Order and delivery were smooth. I found elements on the website unclear and got no response to my comment there (hence 4, not 5).”

“These are the best pasties I have ever tasted the filling yummy and the pastry crunchy my husband absolutely loves them they really are the best we have been ordering the real pie company pasties for a very long time hope they never change them just scrummy”

“Ordered 6 types of pies, all have wonderful taste and the produce used is second to none. The pastry is so light , This may bve my first order but will not be my last when space in the freezer allows. Excellent customer service and very well packed and delivered fast. Thank You”

“We have started buying these pies again after we found them lacking in any gravy inside. Glad we did because they are back to how they were when we first purchased them 5 or 6 years ago. Can you have the chicken and tarragon individual one back again please? Highly recommend when on offer.”
