“Regular customer. I buy 12 (or more) each time, to keep in the freezer. My last order, however, had pastry missing at the base of some of them but they were eaten! This was my first experience of any 'holey pasties'. They come in good packaging and the pasties are great for dinner! Extremely satisfied!!! 😊”

“I ordered steak pie collection and the sausage rolls. I received the sausage rolls but mince, onion's and vegetable pasties arrived. 2 phone calls and 3 emails later no contact from you. Very poor customer service.”

“This was my first purchase and I found ordering very simple and was kept informed at all stages of the transaction. The delivery was well packed and ready to go straight into the freezer. As to the pies - well what can I say - these are the Rolls Royce of the pie and pasty world. The Cornish pasties are superb and I have successfully microwaved them straight from the freezer (2m30s) for an almost instant pasty fix. Great for those ever hungry teenagers. We tried steak pies and turkey and cranberry -both excellent as well.”

“I have made 2 Orders recently, 13 November and 22 November 2020. First Order arrived swiftly and was greatly enjoyed by all. Regarding the second Order, it has now been 16 days and I have not received anything, not even a courtesy call. Payment has been taken from my bank but no Order has been fulfilled. I have tried phoning, Answerphone messaging, emails and even resorted to Facebook comments but to no avail. I am at a loss of what to do next? If it wasn’t for this problem, I would very gladly review the product 5*. However the service is inadequate, hence 2*, reluctantly.”

“We have been eating your pies for many years & were disappointed when our local store stopped stocking them . I don t know why as they always went as soon as they hit the shelves. When Something came up on the internet & I saw that you were sending them I put an order in. It arrived swiftly,well packaged & excellent quality as I remembered them. I used to make my own but it is so much easier & the extra cost is minimal”

“The pies are stuffed with quality fillings leaving no room for the usual air pockets. The pastry is just as yummy as the fillings and just melts away in the mouth. Delivery and packaging canno t be faulted. Great product & excellent service, well done !”

“These pies really are crammed to crust as promised, we have bought several times and the quality is excellent. The chunks of meat are huge in both chicken and steak. We dont think these can be beaten. Also love the pasties !”
