“love a steak and kidney pie so was so happy 2 see you sold then .. but i was so dissapointed pie case was well over done and the kidney was missing in action very sad and filling in side no juice just some stoge hope it was a one of bad batch”

“Unfortunately not a good start. The order was scheduled to be delivered on 9th but there was a mix up with your carrier and this didn't happen. Very helpful customer liaison person in your team, but still awaiting delivery - hopefully tomorrow.”
