“DO NOT...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY MISREPRESENTED SANDALS I PURCHASED...ADVERTISED AS ORTHOPEDIC WITH ARCH SUPPORT. COMPLETE LIES. ALSO, CLAIM THEY WERE MADE OF LEATHER, NOPE NOT EVEN CLOSE. THEY WILL NOT LET YOUR RETURN ITEMS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO BBB AND TO DISCOVER CARD SO OTHER PEOPLE WILL NOT BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered a pair of glasses for seniors to see near and far. You can see near, but definitely not far. They don’t live up to what they are advertised to do. Very disappointed.”

“This company is the worst. I purchased two pairs of sandals for $64. They were the wrong size and nothing like what was advertised. They looked like the type you buy from a pharmacy for $10. When they wouldn’t return them I asked that they send me the original ad from Facebook and the wouldn’t. Classic bait and switch! Totally illegal. Don’t buy anything from this company.”

“Trying to reach them by phone but no answer and can’t leave my message or phone number as mailbox is always full!! I want to return my pillow as it is cheaply made and way overpriced and I need address to return it and hopefully I will get my money back as I just received it last week and it made my neck worse!!! Please email me a return label!!”

“Worst company ever. Bought the 3 pair of sandals, thought it was $30+ but got charged $94. Will not take return even though they do not fit, they asked for pictures and measurements but still would not accept the return because there were no obvious defects. Offered a 10% return after I complained. I will never buy from them again, BIG SCAM”

“Company is a scam. Quality is not as it looks and described Item did not fit proper and they are refusing to return for refund. Keep asking for pictures of tags and shirt for whatever reason. They just want to take your money. Horrible horrible people”

“Bought a dress XL and it was at least 2 sizes too small, very thin and flimsy. Contacted them to exchange for a larger size. They asked for a pic of the label and my bust size. I responded with the info and they got back to me that the size was correct and they couldn't exchange it. After citing how ridiculous that was, the offered a 10% refund! This company is in business to rip people off! Do not buy from them!!! They got me for $46!!!”

“This company is the absolute WORST. Their customer service is Awful. I ordered a pair of sandals that were supposed to be size 8. They fit more like a 6 and 1/2 to a 7. They asked me to pictures and then when I did, they said "we sent you the right size". I replied that the sizes are off and they don't fit me and asked if I could send them back and get the correct size. They wouldn't even do an exchange let alone a refund. THE WORST!!”

“This company is horrible. I ordered a car vac from them. It did not work. I asked them to return or replace and they told me they have a 14 day refund policy and I was on day 15 so they would not refund. I went to PayPal to contest it in hopes of getting a refund. They told PayPal they tried contacting me multiple times with no response. Huge lie. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. They are crooks.”

“DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible customer service and no refund on a thin, linen, a-line, sundress that should have fit me. I had to take a picture of my bust and the size of the dress they shipped me and nope, no $$ will be coming back to me. I am guessing the clothes are made in a back ally sweatshop. Save your money and buy elsewhere.”

“I ordered 2 of the alignment pillows for hip pain. One for me and on for my husband. I opened one to try it. My husband tried it and did not like it. Called to return the brand new unopened one and they do not take returns unless defective or damaged in shipment. What a crock of sh*t. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress from an ad by this company and got something so cheap and horrid. I contacted support for a refund and return and they asked for a series of pictures, which I provided. they refused to assist. the dress I received didn't even have a label and looked like it was sewn in a backyard. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! unless you like being scammed.”
