My loft was stripped of foam on 11th November 2024 and the 3 Polish lads did a thorough job, but nobody has come to inspect their work or, worse, I have still not received a completion certificate or warranty.This will be needed when I come to sell the house. The Office in Chandlers Ford does not respond to my calls.

No one has retuned to my home as promised to check the tradesman’s work.Very disappointing. Still have not received any paperwork regarding guarantee. I would like this amending as soon as possible please.
