“I placed an order and paid with paypal, but I needed to change shipping address, it didnt give the option to do so, so I contacted their customer service to have them update my address, they reached out when the order had already been shipped out (or so they said) which means I paid for a product I will never get. So I cancelled my subscription right away.”
“I purchased the BioBrew Fermented Strengthening Serum on the 14th of January. It is now the 24th and I still have not received my product or even heard a word from The Rootist. This is very concerning. I purchase hair products from other companies and I am always kept up to date or at least am sent messages from the company in regards to my purchases. But from The Rootist, crickets. This does not give me confidence in the company or said product.”
