“I got sucked in by all the Facebook ads and I’m so glad I did. My hair looks better now then what it did after I left the salon spending hundreds! I consulted with the colourist (Camilla) first to help me make a decision on what colour might be the most appropriate for what I was after, and after sending them a picture of my hair in natural light, the colour they suggested (Napoli - dark blonde) was spot on! I paid the extra to get extra colour and developer because I have long thick hair (mid way down my back), and I still had plenty left over at the end. My hair felt so soft after putting in the colour - a contrast to my prior experiences at the hair salon! The colour is easy to apply (I watched the “how to” video) and is very affordable. I will certainly be continuing my monthly colouring through the membership.”

“Love it! so easy to use, I used 6.1 and the colour turned out great. I have long hair but it is quite thin and the amount of toner that I received for long hair is actually enough for two applications, So I'm thrilled!”

“I Love using The Shade Hair Colour. No more burning sensation when applying hair dye from chemically based hair dyes. The colour is rich (I use Mahogany) and looks so lush, At 60 I get so many looks from men and women when I'm out and about and the sun lights up my colour. As an older woman it supports me to feel attractive, as at my age we can be seen as a bit invisible to society.”

“Really happy with trying my first kit. My hair went from 3 different shades of brown (after attempting to fix a grown out balayage!) and an inch of gray to this beautiful ash brown. Super happy with the consistency of the resulting colour - the “Find my perfect shade” tool helped me find exactly what I was after.”

“The advice from the colourist Camilla made me comfortable in mixing colours and the whole process. I have had compliments on the colour and that it is better than previous (done in salon). With work, study and children PLUS the rising costs of living this is the perfect solution to maintain my hair at home. It’s been 2 weeks since I coloured and my hair is soft and in great condition.”

“Waste of money - what a great way to rip people off 👍 and pocket the profit Go to your local pharmacy buy 5vol developer bottle and the shade you want instead... you'll get multiple applications not just one for the same price. Product was much darker than it appears on website and dried my hair out horribly. All marketing for profit - not a good product Save your money to spend elsewhere”

We emphasize on our Toner page of the importance of selecting a toner colour which is one level lighter than your current hair colour level. It's a pity you didn't consult with one of our colourists prior to your toner purchase as they would have recommended a toner which would have worked with your hair colour level, as clearly the toner you purchased was not the right colour level for you.
